Digital Sales Agreement
Mandatory Legal Contract Before Payment
This Agreement establishes a commitment between the Client and Forge Logic AI & Robotics Consulting. By proceeding, the Client agrees to the selected package with the chosen commitment period.
2. Service Commencement & Payment
Services begin once the initial payment is cleared. Delivery of final products is contingent upon successful payment processing and verification of this contract.
3. Maintenance & Support
Monthly subscriptions include ongoing maintenance and support. One-time builds include 30 days of post-launch support.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 30 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds processed within 14 business days.
